An emotion estimation device (10) is provided with an emotion acquisition unit (110) and an output unit (120). The emotion acquisition unit (110) acquires, for each of a plurality of regions in a facility, an estimated value of the magnitude of a specific emotion felt by at least one person in the region. The emotion acquisition unit (110) acquires this estimated value by processing a captured image of the region. The output unit (120) outputs information identifying a region if the estimated value for the region satisfies a criterion. Such a criterion is set for each of the plurality of regions.
