A machine tool comprising a separable and replaceable tool post according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: supports arranged opposite each other such that the axis of a main shaft in the axial direction is interposed therebetween; at least one pivoting tool post detachably disposed on at least one of the supports and disposed to be pivotable about a first direction perpendicular to the axis; and a fastening member by which the pivoting tool post is detachably disposed on the support. The pivoting tool post may comprise: a pivoting part pivoting in the first direction on the support; an upper-end fastening part disposed on the upper portion of the pivoting part and detachably fastened to the support; and a lower-end fastening part disposed on the lower portion of the pivoting part and detachably fastened to the support so as to enable the pivoting part to pivot. In addition, the machine tool comprising a separable and replaceable tool post as described above can be variously implemented according to an embodiment.
