Provided is a ground connection withdrawing film in which separation is not liable to occur between a metal layer and an adhesive layer and gas is not liable to be accumulated between the metal layer and the adhesive layer during heating, or a ground connection withdrawing film that enables formation thereof. A ground connection withdrawing film 1 is provided with: a metal layer 2; and an adhesive layer 3 provided on one surface 2b of the metal layer 2. In the metal layer 2, an opening part 21 penetrating in a thickness direction T is formed. The opening part 21 has, as a cross section in the thickness direction T, a cross section having a first width D1 that extends in a plane spreading direction H and is relatively wide and a second width D2 that extends in the plane spreading direction H and is relatively narrow with respective to the first width D1. The adhesive layer 3 is laminated on the surface of the metal layer 2 on the side of the second width D2 with respect to the first width D1. A part of the adhesive layer 3 is capable of entering or enters the opening part 21. In a state where a part of the adhesive layer 3 enters the opening part 21, the second width D2 is buried in the adhesive layer inside the opening part 21. Un film de retrait de liaison au sol (1) comprend : une couche métallique (2) ; et une couche d'adhésif (3) disposée sur une surface (2b) de la couche métallique (2). Dans la couche métallique (2), une partie d'ouverture (21) pénétrant dans une direction d'épaisseur (T) est formée. La partie d'ouverture (21) a, en tant que section transversale dans la direction d'épaisseur (T), une section transversale ayant une première largeur (D1) qui s'étend dans une direction d'extension de plan (H) et est relativement large et une seconde largeur (D2) qui s'étend dans la direction d'extension de plan (H) et est relativement étroite par rapport à la première largeur (D1). La couche d'adhésif (3) est stratifiée sur la surface de la couche métallique (2) sur le côté de la seconde largeur (D2) par rapport à la première largeur (D1). Une partie de la couche d'adhésif (3) est apte à entrer ou pénétrer dans la partie d'ouverture (21). Dans un état dans lequel une partie de la couche d'adhésif (3) entre dans la partie d'ouverture (21), la seconde largeur (D2) est enfouie dans la couche d'adhésif à l'intérieur de la partie d'ouverture (21). 金属層と接着剤層の間での剥離が起こりにくく、且つ加熱時に金属層と接着剤層の間にガスが溜まりにくいグランド接続引き出しフィルム、または当該フィルムを形成可能なグランド接続引き出しフィルムを提供する。　グランド接続引き出しフィルム１は、金属層２と、金属層２の一方の面２ｂに設けられた接着剤層３とを備える。金属層２には厚さ方向Ｔに貫通する開口部２１が形成されており、開口部２１は、厚さ方向Ｔ断面において、面広がり方向Ｈに延び相対的に幅広である第一幅Ｄ１と、面広がり方向Ｈに延び第一幅Ｄ１に対して相対的に幅狭である第二幅Ｄ２とを有する断面を有する。接着剤層３は第一幅Ｄ１に対して第二幅Ｄ２側の金属層２面に積層されている。接着剤層３の一部は開口部２１内に侵入可能であるかまたは侵入しており、接着剤層３の一部が開口部２１内に侵入した状態において第二幅Ｄ２は開口部２１内の接着剤層に埋没している。
