Summary:A railway signal relay for enhancing release position holding force, comprising an armature (1) and a yoke (2), and further comprising a release position holding assembly. The release position holding assembly comprises a magnet (3) provided on the yoke (2). When the relay is at the release position, the magnet (3) is pulled in a wall surface of the side of the armature (1) in contact with the yoke (2). The problem that the curvature of the reaction force elastic member and the movable contact member may change as the use time of the existing relay increases, so that when the relay is in the release position, the release position holding force formed is unstable, and as a result, the reliable contact between the movable contact and the movable disconnection point cannot be guaranteed is solved.
