The present disclosure can be applied to intelligent services (for example, smart homes, smart buildings, smart cities, smart cars or connected cars, healthcare, digital education, retail, security- and safety-related services, and the like) on the basis of 5G communication technology and IoT-related technology. The invention of the disclosure presents a method for effectively managing an HARQ process for satellite communication or V2X communication. La présente divulgation concerne : une technique de communication pour fusionner, à l'aide de la technologie de l'IdO, un système de communication 5G pour la prise en charge d'un débit de transmission de données supérieur à celui d'un système 4G ; et un système associé. La présente divulgation peut être appliquée à des services intelligents (par exemple, les maisons intelligentes, les immeubles intelligents, les villes intelligentes, les voitures intelligentes ou les voitures connectées, les soins de santé, l'enseignement numérique, le commerce de détail, les services associés à la sécurité et à la sûreté et analogues) sur la base de la technologie de communication 5G et de la technologie relative à l'IdO. L'invention concerne un procédé de gestion efficace d'un processus HARQ pour une communication par satellite ou une communication V2X. 본 개시는 4G 시스템 이후 보다 높은 데이터 전송률을 지원하기 위한 5G 통신 시스템을 IoT 기술과 융합하는 통신 기법 및 그 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 개시는 5G 통신 기술 및 IoT 관련 기술을 기반으로 지능형 서비스 (예를 들어, 스마트 홈, 스마트 빌딩, 스마트 시티, 스마트 카 혹은 커넥티드 카, 헬스 케어, 디지털 교육, 소매업, 보안 및 안전 관련 서비스 등)에 적용될 수 있다. 본 개시의 발명은 위성 통신 또는 V2X 통신을 위한 HARQ process를 효과적으로 관리하는 방법을 제안한다.
