The present invention relates to an electrode assembly comprising an electrode, a separator, and a counter electrode for a lithium secondary battery, a manufacturing method thereof, and a lithium secondary battery comprising same, wherein: the electrode has a structure in which an electrode active material layer is formed on an electrode current collector comprising an electrode current collection substrate and a tab extending from the electrode current collection substrate; the tab has an insulation film formed on a part or entirety of at least one surface thereof; and the insulation film is an organic-inorganic composite film comprising an inorganic particle and a binder polymer.
