A data collection device (10) is provided with: a correction unit (13) which generates a correction amount on the basis of the deviation between the clock frequency of a clock signal generated by a clock generation unit (15) and a setting frequency preset for the clock frequency of the clock signal generated by the clock generation unit (15); a clock unit (14) which retains the time on the data collection device (10), operates in accordance with the clock signal, and updates the time on the data collection device (10), and which also operates in accordance with a corrected clock signal obtained by correcting, using said correction amount, the clock signal supplied from the clock generation unit (15), and corrects the time; a data collection unit (11) which acquires data from other devices; and a memory (2) which associates and stores the data and time identification information with which it is possible to identify, on the basis of the time on the clock unit (14), the time when the data is stored. A data display device (100) is provided with a display unit which, on the basis of the time identification information, displays a graph of the data stored in a memory (23).
