The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical adjuvant composition comprising 2S-2`methoxy-kurarinone as an active ingredient for treatment of a cardiovascular disease; a health food adjuvant composition for alleviation of a cardiovascular disease; and a method for prevention or treatment of a cardiovascular disease by using same. The pharmaceutical adjuvant composition comprising 2S-2`methoxy-kurarinone as an active ingredient for treatment of a cardiovascular disease according to the present invention suppresses the expression upregulation of PCSK9, which is a side effect according to the administration of the cardiovascular treatment agent statin and increases the production of LDLR, and has an activity of increasing AMPK as opposed to the statin-induced downregulation, and as such, can be advantageously used for aiding the treatment of a cardiovascular disease. La présente invention concerne une composition d'adjuvant pharmaceutique comprenant 2S-2`-méthoxy-kurarinone en tant que principe actif destiné au traitement d'une maladie cardiovasculaire ; une composition d'adjuvant alimentaire de santé destinée au soulagement d'une maladie cardiovasculaire ; et un procédé destiné à la prévention ou le traitement d'une maladie cardiovasculaire à l'aide de celle-ci. La composition d'adjuvant pharmaceutique comprenant 2S -2`-méthoxy-kurarinone en tant que principe actif destiné au traitement d'une maladie cardiovasculaire selon la présente invention supprime la régulation positive de l'expression de PCSK9, qui est un effet secondaire selon l'administration de l'agent statine de traitement cardiovasculaire et augmente la production de récepteur des lipoprotéines de faible densité (LDLR) et présente une activité d'augmentation de la protéine kinase activée par l'AMP (AMPK) par opposition à la régulation négative induite par la statine et en tant que telle, peut être avantageusement utilisée pour aider au traitement d'une maladie cardiovasculaire. 본 발명은 2S-2`메톡시쿠라리논(2S-2`methoxy-kurarinone)을 유효성분으로 포함하는, 심혈관질환 치료보조용 약학 조성물; 심혈관질환 개선보조용 건강식품 조성물; 및 이를 이용한 심혈관질환 예방 또는 치료 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 2S-2`메톡시쿠라리논을 유효성분으로 포함하는, 심혈관질환 치료보조용 약학 조성물은 심혈관치료제인 스타틴의 투여에 따른 부작용인 PCSK9 발현 증가를 억제 및 LDLR의 생성증가에 대한 효과를 가지며, 스타틴에 의해 감소된 AMPK의 증가 활성을 가지므로 심혈관질환의 치료보조용도로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
