The present invention relates to: a powdery composition which comprises an amorphous curcumin compound and a hydrophilic modified starch and has a Raman spectrum including one or more peaks at wavenumbers (expressed in ± 2 cm-1) of 1630, 1599, 1428 and 1243; and a method for producing the powdery composition. La présente invention concerne : une nouvelle composition pulvérulente de composé de curcumine amorphe qui est bon marché, est améliorée en termes de bioabsorbabilité et de biodisponibilité de curcumine, et présente une stabilité à long terme ; et un procédé de production de la composition pulvérulente.
