Summary:The present invention relates to a method for cleaning samples of rocks from petroleum systems based on the use of a nanofluid that is able to considerably accelerate the process. The method developed combines the solubilization potential of the oil by the nanofluid under the temporary action of an ultrasound system, which is quicker and more efficient than the distillation method traditionally used, as described in the prior art. The procedure used reduces the time required to remove oil and salt, which is a critical step in the process of characterizing rock samples and which normally takes between 120 and 365 days, to between 3 and 7 days, using a low-toxicity water-based nanofluid that does not alter the properties of the rocks. La présente invention concerne un procédé de nettoyage d'échantillons de roches de systèmes pétrolifères, basé sur l'utilisation d'un nanofluide, lequel est capable d'accélérer considérablement le processus. Le procédé mis au point associe le potentiel de solubilisation du pétrole par le nanofluide, sous l'action temporaire d'un système ultrasonore, d'où une rapidité et une efficacité accrues par rapport au procédé classique de distillation jusqu'alors décrit dans l'état de la technique. Le procédé utilisé réduit la durée nécessaire à l'élimination de pétrole et de sel, étape critique du processus de caractérisation des échantillons de roches, normalement de 120 à 365 jours, à une durée de 3 à 7 jours, par recours à un nanofluide à base aqueuse et à faible toxicité, lequel n'altère pas les propriétés des roches. A presente invenção trata de um método de limpeza de amostras de rochas de sistemas petrolíferos, baseado no emprego de um nanofluido, o qual é capaz de acelerar consideravelmente o processo. O método desenvolvido associa o potencial de solubilização do petróleo pelo nanofluido sob ação temporária de um sistema de ultrassom, sendo mais rápido e eficiente do que o método usado tradicionalmente por destilação, então descrito no Estado da Técnica. O procedimento empregado reduz o tempo necessário para a remoção de petróleo e sal, etapa crítica do processo de caracterização das amostras de rochas, normalmente de 120 a 365 dias, para 3 a 7 dias, utilizando um nanofluido de base aquosa de baixa toxicidade, que não altera as propriedades das rochas.
