La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un dimère d'acrylonitrile, le procédé comprenant : une étape (S10) qui consiste à fournir un monomère d'acrylonitrile, un catalyseur à base de phosphore, un solvant d'alcool et un liquide ionique à un réacteur pour réaliser une réaction de dimérisation afin de produire un produit de réaction de dimérisation monophasique ; une étape (S20) qui consiste à acheminer un flux de décharge de réacteur comprenant le produit de réaction de dimérisation vers une première colonne de distillation, séparer le solvant d'alcool et le monomère d'acrylonitrile n'ayant pas réagi du flux de décharge supérieur, et acheminer un flux de décharge inférieur comprenant un dimère d'acrylonitrile, le liquide ionique et le catalyseur à base de phosphore vers une seconde colonne de distillation ; et une étape (S30) qui consiste à séparer le flux de décharge supérieur comprenant le dimère d'acrylonitrile dans la seconde colonne de distillation, et à séparer le flux de décharge inférieur comprenant le liquide ionique et le catalyseur à base de phosphore. 본 발명은 아크릴로니트릴 이량체 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 아크릴로니트릴 단량체, 인계 촉매, 알코올 용매 및 이온성 액체를 반응기에 공급하여 이량화 반응시켜 단일상의 이량화 반응 생성물을 제조하는 단계(S10); 상기 이량화 반응 생성물을 포함하는 반응기 배출 스트림을 제1 증류 컬럼으로 공급하고, 상부 배출 스트림으로부터 알코올 용매 및 미반응 아크릴로니트릴 단량체를 분리하고, 아크릴로니트릴 이량체, 이온성 액체 및 인계 촉매를 포함하는 하부 배출 스트림을 제2 증류 컬럼으로 공급하는 단계(S20); 및 상기 제2 증류 컬럼에서 아크릴로니트릴 이량체를 포함하는 상부배출 스트림을 분리하고, 이온성 액체 및 인계 촉매를 포함하는 하부 배출 스트림을 분리하는 단계(S30)를 포함하는 것인 아크릴로니트릴 이량체 제조 방법을 제공한다.
