Disclosed are a metal-sealed unfurled valve and a driving device therefor, relating to the field of valves. The valve comprises a valve rod (1), a linear stroke driving mechanism (2), a rotation driving mechanism (3) and a double-motion switch mechanism (4), wherein a movable end of the linear stroke driving mechanism (2) is mounted on the valve rod (1) in a sleeving manner and drives the valve rod to linearly move up and down; a movable end of the rotation driving mechanism (3) is mounted on the valve rod (1) in a sleeving manner and drives the valve rod to rotate forwards and reversely; and the linear motion stroke and the forward and reverse rotation angles of the valve rod (1) are all controlled by the double-motion switch mechanism (4).
