The objective of the present invention is to provide a coating device, a partition member, and a coating method which are capable of easily blocking contact between a coating solution and moisture in the air during a coating process in order to suppress a reaction between components in the coating solution and moisture in the air.　In order to achieve the objective, provided are: a coating device including a coating unit that performs a coating process, a partition unit that covers the coating unit, and a humidity control means that adjusts the amount of moisture in a work space divided by the partition unit; and a coating method that uses the coating device, wherein the structure of the partition unit is also provided as a partition member.　The present invention makes it possible to reduce the amount of moisture in the work space of the coating unit divided by the partition unit and to easily block contact between the coating solution and moisture in the air. In addition, by providing the partition unit, the area in which the amount of moisture in the air needs to be controlled does not span the entire device, but includes only the work space related to the coating unit, which makes it possible to stably carry out a coating process without increasing costs. L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un dispositif de revêtement, un organe de séparation, et un procédé de revêtement qui sont aptes à empêcher facilement un contact entre une solution de revêtement et l'humidité dans l'air pendant un processus de revêtement afin de supprimer une réaction entre des composés dans la solution de revêtement et l'humidité dans l'air.　Afin d'atteindre l'objectif, l'invention concerne : un dispositif de revêtement comprenant une unité de revêtement qui réalise un processus de revêtement, une unité de séparation qui recouvre l'unité de revêtement, et un moyen de régulation d'humidité qui ajuste la quantité d'humidité dans un espace de travail divisé par l'unité de séparation; et un procédé de revêtement qui utilise le dispositif de revêtement, la structure de l'unité de séparation étant également ménagée comme organe de séparation.　La présente invention permet de réduire la quantité d'humidité dans l'espace de travail de l'unité de revêtement divisée par l'unité de séparation et d'empêcher facilement un contact entre la solution de revêtement et l'humidité dans l'air. De plus, par la fourniture de l'unité de séparation, la zone dans laquelle la quantité d'humidité dans l'air nécessite être régulée ne s'étend pas sur la totalité du dispositif, mais comprend uniquement l'espace de travail associé à l'unité de revêtement, ce qui permet d'effectuer de manière stable un processus de revêtement sans augmenter les coûts. 本発明の課題は、塗工液内の成分と大気中の水分との反応を抑制するために、塗工処理時において、塗工液と大気中の水分との接触を容易に遮断することができる塗工装置、仕切部材及び塗工方法を提供することである。　上記課題を解決するために、塗工処理を行う塗工部と、塗工部を覆う仕切部と、仕切部で区画された作業空間の水分量を調整する調湿手段を備える塗工装置及び塗工装置を用いた塗工方法を提供し、仕切部の構造は仕切部材としても提供する。　本発明によれば、仕切部で区画された塗工部の作業空間における水分量を低減させることができ、塗工液と大気中の水分との接触を容易に遮断することが可能となる。また、仕切部を設けることで、大気中の水分量に係る制御を必要とする箇所が、装置全体ではなく、塗工部に係る作業空間のみであるため、コストを増大させることなく、安定した塗工処理を行うことが可能となる。
