Summary:A process for foam forming webs is disclosed. The foam formed webs can be used as wiping products, such as industrial wipers, food service wipers, and the like. The web contains a mixture of cellulosic fibers and longer, strength building fibers. The web is foam formed and then subjected to one or more hydroentangling steps. After hydroentangling, the web is dried in a non-compressive manner. L'invention concerne un procédé de formation de mousse de bandes. Les bandes formées de mousse peuvent être utilisées comme produits d'essuyage, tels que des essuyeurs industriels, des essuyeurs de service alimentaire et similaires. La bande contient un mélange de fibres cellulosiques et de fibres de construction à résistance plus longues. La bande est formée de mousse puis soumise à une ou plusieurs étapes d'hydroenchevêtrement. Après hydroenchevêtrement, la bande est séchée de manière non compressive.
