Summary:The present invention relates to a method, which patterns 3D organoids prepared from human pluripotent stem cells, disassembles same so as to culture oligodendrocyte progenitor cells, and induces the differentiation thereof so as to procure a large amount of finally differentiated oligodendrocytes. Compared to cells differentiated by a conventional differentiation method, oligodendrocytes procured in large quantities have the same or superior reproducibility, stability, and functionality and have remarkably shortened differentiation time, and thus are expected to be very useful for cell therapeutic agents or for screening for therapeutic drugs. La présente invention concerne un procédé, qui forme des organoïdes 3D préparés à partir de cellules souches pluripotentes humaines, les désassemble de façon à cultiver des cellules progénitrices d'oligodendrocytes, et induit leur différenciation de façon à procurer une grande quantité d'oligodendrocytes finalement différenciés. Par comparaison avec des cellules différenciées par un procédé de différenciation classique, les oligodendrocytes procurés en grandes quantités ont une reproductibilité, une stabilité et une fonctionnalité égales voire supérieures, un temps de différenciation remarquablement raccourci, et sont donc susceptibles d'être très utiles pour des agents thérapeutiques cellulaires ou pour le criblage de médicaments. 본 발명은 인간 만능 줄기세포로부터 제작된 3D 오가노이드를 패턴화하고 해체하여 희소돌기아교전구세포를 배양하고 분화를 유도하여 최종 분화된 희소돌기아교세포를 다량 확보하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 다량 확보된 희소돌기아교세포는 기존 분화방법에 의해 분화된 세포에 비해 재현성, 안정성, 기능성 면에서 동등 또는 우수하면서 분화 시간은 현저히 단축시킴으로써 세포치료제나 치료 약물 스크리닝에 매우 유용하리라 기대된다.
