This motor control device supplies electric power to a motor, and is provided with a storage unit that stores position correction data and information about the machine origin position of the motor. The motor control device generates a corrected position command by using a position command inputted from the outside and the position correction data, and converts the electric power to be supplied to the motor on the basis of the corrected position command and position information inputted from an encoder. The position correction data is recorded by associating a correction position and a correction amount, and the starting position of the correction position is different from the machine origin position.
