La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique ou pharmaceutique pour une application topique, ladite composition comprenant la combinaison d'un polymère à base d'oligo(éthylène glycol) réticulé sous la forme d'une dispersion aqueuse de particules de microgels et d'un polymère à base d'oligo(éthylène glycol) soluble dans l'eau non-réticulé. L'invention concerne également un procédé pour la préparation de cette composition.
