La présente invention concerne une composition de résine biodégradable et un procédé pour sa production, plus particulièrement, une technique permettant d'obtenir une résine biodégradable comprenant trois constituants, du polyéthylène, de la résine biodégradable et au moins une substance choisie parmi un polybutylène adipate téréphtalate et un copolymère d'anhydride maléique, pour ainsi permettre d'obtenir une excellente compatibilité et d'excellentes propriétés mécaniques.
