The present invention relates to a biodegradable resin composition and a method for producing same, more specifically to a technique providing a biodegradable resin comprising three constituents, polyethylene, biodegradable resin, and at least one selected from polybutylene adipate terephthalate and maleic anhydride copolymer, to thus allow excellent compatibility and mechanical properties to be provided.
