Summary:The present invention relates to the technical field of functional sugars. Disclosed is a method for extracting pectin polysaccharides rich in RG-I, and specifically refers to a method for extracting pectin polysaccharides rich in RG-I based on an acoustic pressure combined technology. The main process is: dispersing sieved citrus peel powder in an alkaline solution containing sodium borohydride (20-50mM), and placing the system at a temperature of 25-40℃ to perform combined acoustic pressure treatment under the treatment conditions of a static pressure of 0.2-0.4 MPa, an ultrasonic intensity of 0.5-3.5 W/mL, and a treatment duration of 20-40 minutes; then, centrifuging the ultrasonically treated system to remove residue, and sequentially performing, on the obtained extract, ethanol precipitation (50%-80% v/v), precipitate dialysis (3000-3500 Da), and vacuum freeze-drying to obtain pectin polysaccharides. Compared with traditional pectin polysaccharide extraction methods, the pectin polysaccharides extracted
