Summary: | A method, system, and computer program for providing an expert consultation service are disclosed. An expert consultation provision method comprises the steps of: searching for a consultation product corresponding to a user request; processing payment for the consultation product selected from the result of the search; and providing an one-to-one conversation by activating a chat room between a user and an expert who has registered the consultation product for which the payment has been completed, wherein guide information associated with the consultation product is configured and provided as a chatbot message.
L'invention concerne un procédé, un système et un programme informatique pour fournir un service de consultation d'expert. Un procédé de fourniture de consultation d'expert comprend les étapes consistant à : rechercher un produit de consultation correspondant à une demande d'utilisateur ; traiter un paiement du produit de consultation sélectionné à partir du résultat de la recherche ; et fournir une conversation à deux parties par activation d'un salon de discussion entre un utilisateur et un expert qui a enregistré le produit de consultation pour lequel le paiement a été réglé, des informations de guidage associées au produit de consultation étant configurées et fournies sous la forme d'un message d'agent conversationnel.
