Summary:An induction heating apparatus comprises: a coil; an inverter configured to provide a driving current to the coil; a current sensor for measuring the driving current of the coil; and a control unit for controlling the inverter so that the driving current follows a target current based on a user input. The control unit can maintain a switching operation of the inverter on the basis of the detection time of the driving current smaller than a reference current being less than the reference time, and can stop the operation of the inverter on the basis of the detection time of the driving current smaller than the reference current being equal to or greater than the reference time. L'invention concerne un appareil de chauffage par induction comprenant : une bobine ; un onduleur conçu pour fournir un courant d'excitation à la bobine ; un capteur de courant pour mesurer le courant d'excitation de la bobine ; et une unité de commande pour commander l'onduleur, de telle sorte que le courant d'excitation suive un courant cible sur la base d'une entrée d'utilisateur.
