The present invention relates to a vacuum container cover and a vacuum container including same. The vacuum container cover comprises: a cover unit having a valve hole; a valve unit arranged in the valve hole and maintaining a vacuum pressure; and a pressing unit arranged in the cover unit to bring the valve unit into close contact with the periphery of the valve hole. Therefore, the valve unit is compressed around and in close contact with the valve hole by the pressing unit so that external air is prevented from flowing into a container main body and the vacuum pressure maintaining time of the vacuum container is increased, thereby maintaining the food preservation period for a long time.
