L'invention concerne une pompe d'assistance circulatoire implantable comprenant un boîtier définissant une entrée et une sortie et un trajet d'écoulement le traversant. Un rotor est disposé à l'intérieur du boîtier. Un stator est disposé à l'intérieur du boîtier, le stator étant configuré pour faire tourner le rotor lorsqu'un courant est appliqué au stator. Une volute est disposée de manière distale par rapport au rotor à proximité de la sortie, la volute comprenant une languette composée d'un matériau piézoélectrique.
