Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an implant shape for minimizing stress applied to an implant by using a computer, and a method and an apparatus for recommending an optimal implant area by using a computer, and particularly, for minimizing the stress applied to the implant by controlling the direction of force along an occlusal surface of an implant crown to be as close as possible to the direction in which the implant is placed. The present invention, by using a computer program, minimizes occurrence of stress by minimizing an angle formed between the implant and an external force vector by an opposing tooth applied to each local area after extracting the occlusal surface of an arbitrarily selected crown and an opposing tooth thereof at the location of a missing tooth.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une forme d'implant visant à minimiser la contrainte appliquée à un implant en utilisant un ordinateur, ainsi qu'un procédé et un appareil pour recommander une zone d'implant optimale en utilisant un ordinateur et, en particulier, en vue de minimiser la contrainte appliquée à l'implant en commandant la direction de la force le long d'une surface occlusale d'une couronne d'implant de façon à ce qu'elle soit aussi proche que possible de la direction dans laquelle l'implant est placé. La présente invention, en utilisant un programme informatique, minimise l'apparition d'une contrainte en réduisant au minimum un angle formé entre l'implant et un vecteur de force externe par une dent opposée appliquée à chaque zone locale après l'extraction de la surface occlusale d'une couronne sélectionnée arbitrairement et d'une dent opposée de celle-ci à l'emplacement d'une dent manquante.
본 발명은 컴퓨터를 활용하여 임플란트에 가해지는 응력을 최소화시키기 위한 임플란트 형태 제작 방법, 컴퓨터를 활용한 임플란트 최적 교합 영역 추천 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 임플란트 크라운의 교합면에 따른 힘의 방향이 임플란트가 식립된 방향과 최대한 가깝도록 조절함으로써 임플란트에 가해지는 응력을 최소화시키도록 하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명은 컴퓨터프로그램을 이용하여 소실된 치아 위치에 임의로 선택된 크라운과 대합치의 교합면을 추출한 후 국소부위마다 가하는 대합치에 의한 외력벡터가 임플란트와의 이루는 각도를 최소화함으로써 응력 발생이 최소화되는 이점이 있다. |
