This antenna module (100) is provided with: an antenna substrate (30) including power supply elements (121); and a RFIC (110) mounted to the bottom surface (30b) of the antenna substrate (30). The antenna substrate (30) has a protruding part (A1) protruding further outward than a mounting part (A0) to which the RFIC (110) is mounted. The power supply elements (121) are arranged in the mounting part (AO) and in the protruding part (A1). The antenna module (100) is additionally provided with a heat dissipation member (70) arranged on the bottom surface (30b) in the protruding part (A1).
