L'invention concerne une couche de conversion, un dispositif électroluminescent et un procédé de production d'une couche de conversion. Dans un mode de réalisation, une couche de conversion comprend des nanocristaux de conversion de lumière, une encapsulation entourant les nanocristaux de conversion de lumière et des ligands liés à une surface de l'encapsulation, les nanocristaux de conversion de lumière encapsulés étant réticulés par les ligands.
