Summary: | Disclosed are aluminum alloy powder and a manufacturing method therefor, and an aluminum alloy product and a manufacturing method therefor. The aluminum alloy powder or the aluminum alloy product comprises, calculated on the basis of the total weight thereof being 100 wt.%, the following elements: 3.0-5.0 wt.% of nickel, 2.0-3.0 wt.% of copper, 1.0-2.0 wt.% of iron, 0.5-1.0 wt.% of manganese, 0.4-1.0 wt.% of zirconium, 0.40-1.0 wt.% of chromium, and 0.05-4.0 wt.% of silicon, the balance being aluminum and inevitable impurities. With nickel, copper and iron as main alloy elements, and with manganese, zirconium, chromium and silicon as secondary alloy elements, an aluminum alloy material with high ductility, high tensile strength and good heat resistance is provided, and same can be used for preparing an aluminum alloy product by means of additive manufacturing, such as 3D printing, powder metallurgy, and casting.
