The present invention relates to the technical field of water treatment and relates to cushion-like basalt fiber filler-based anammox bacteria enrichment equipment, which consists of a reactor bed, a thermally insulating apparatus, and an online monitoring instrument. The reactor body is a cylindrical cavity sealed on either end. A sampling opening is provided on the lateral upper part of the reactor body. A water inlet is provided at the bottom part of the reactor body. A one-way valve is provided at the lower part of the water inlet and is connected to a water inlet tank via a peristaltic pump. Provided at a top cover opening connected to a top flange of the reactor body are a mechanical stirrer, an aeration pipe, the online monitoring instrument, and a water outlet passing through a basalt fiber filler. Other than the stirrer, the remaining openings are sealed, and an opening on top of the stirrer serves as a gas outlet.
