Summary:The present invention achieves chemical bonding by means of a joined film made of oxides formed on a joined surface. In a vacuum container, amorphous oxide thin films are respectively formed on smooth surfaces of two substrates, and the two substrates overlap such that the amorphous oxide thin films formed on the two substrates come into contact with each other, thereby causing chemical bonding involving an atomic diffusion at a joined interface between the amorphous oxide thin films to join the two substrates. La présente invention permet d'obtenir une liaison chimique au moyen d'un film assemblé constitué d'oxydes formés sur une surface assemblée. Dans un récipient sous vide, des films minces d'oxyde amorphe sont respectivement formés sur des surfaces lisses de deux substrats, et les deux substrats se chevauchent de telle sorte que les films minces d'oxyde amorphe formés sur les deux substrats entrent en contact l'un avec l'autre, ce qui provoque une liaison chimique impliquant une diffusion atomique au niveau d'une interface assemblée entre les films minces d'oxyde amorphe pour assembler les deux substrats. 接合面に形成した酸化物から成る接合膜によって化学結合を行う。真空容器内において,平滑面を有する2つの基体それぞれの前記平滑面にアモルファス酸化物薄膜を形成すると共に,前記2つの基体に形成された前記アモルファス酸化物薄膜同士が接触するように前記2つの基体を重ね合わせることにより,前記アモルファス酸化物薄膜の接合界面に原子拡散を伴った化学結合を生じさせて前記2つの基体を接合する。
