An intra-body system and method of inserting a flexible sleeve as a passageway into an internal organ. The method comprises inserting a channel into an organ by perforating the wall of the organ; releasing a distal fixation portion of the passageway sleeve inside the organ; fixating the distal fixation portion to the wall of the organ; pulling a proximal portion of the passageway sleeve outside the body to stretch the sleeve. The stretched sleeve: a) generates a passageway between the proximal end of the sleeve at the outer body portion and the distal portion of the sleeve inside the organ, and b) seals the perforation rim at the organ. L'invention concerne un système et une méthode d'insertion intra-corporelle d'un manchon souple en tant que passage dans un organe interne. La méthode consiste à insérer un canal dans un organe par une perforation de la paroi de l'organe ; à libérer une partie de fixation distale du manchon de passage à l'intérieur de l'organe ; à fixer la partie de fixation distale à la paroi de l'organe ; à tirer une partie proximale du manchon de passage à l'extérieur du corps pour étirer le manchon. Le manchon étiré : a) génère un passage entre l'extrémité proximale du manchon au niveau de la partie de corps externe et la partie distale du manchon à l'intérieur de l'organe, et b) scelle la bordure de perforation au niveau de l'organe.
