The dummy block is configured to form a supplementary pool capacitor for suppressing power noise. L'invention concerne un dispositif de mémoire non volatile qui comprend une pluralité de blocs de mémoire groupés en pages, des régions de tampon de page correspondant aux pages de la pluralité de blocs de mémoire, et une région de circuit périphérique permettant de prendre en charge des opérations des pages de la pluralité de blocs de mémoire.
