In addition, the extracellular matrix can be effectively obtained through a solvent extraction process using supercritical fluid, and a preservation solution comprising the extracellular matrix can be preserved for a long time by preventing contamination, and has increased manageability so that usability of the extracellular matrix can be greatly increased. La présente invention concerne : une matrice extracellulaire dont la biocompatibilité est fortement augmentée par élimination de graisse et décellularisation et qui contient des facteurs de croissance de façon à réguler les activités physiologiques des cellules; et un procédé de préparation associé. De plus, la matrice extracellulaire peut être efficacement obtenue par un procédé d'extraction par solvant à l'aide d'un fluide supercritique, et une solution de conservation comprenant la matrice extracellulaire peut être conservée pendant une longue période par prévention de la contamination, et présente une maniabilité accrue de sorte que la facilité d'utilisation de la matrice extracellulaire peut être fortement augmentée. 본 발명은 탈지 및 탈세포화 되어 생체적합성이 매우 증가되고, 성장인자가 함유되어 세포의 생리활성을 조절할 수 있는 세포외기질 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다. 또한 초임계유체를 이용한 용매추출과정으로 세포외기질을 효과적으로 수득할 수 있으며, 세포외기질을 함유하는 보존액은 오염을 방지하여 장시간 보존이 가능하며, 취급성이 증가되어 세포외기질의 활용성을 매우 증가시킬 수 있다.
