On the basis of test experiments and an optimized mixed enzyme system, multiple enzymes are mixed in the same reaction system to realize DNA fragmentation, end repair and dA tailing in one step. The method is simple and quick, saves the operating time of sample processing before loading on a machine, and is beneficial to industrialization.
