Further, techniques are provided to track performance of the selected type of bot during automation. La présente invention vise de manière générale à faciliter le routage des communications. Plus spécifiquement, l'invention concerne des techniques pour transférer dynamiquement une messagerie entre un dispositif de réseau et un dispositif terminal à un type de robot logiciel en se basant sur des intentions identifiées à partir de la messagerie.
