Summary:A self-locking device for an endoscope. The endoscope comprises a housing (100) and a toggle member (200). The toggle member (200) comprises a toggle holder (201), an elastic holder (202), and a toggle handle (203). The toggle handle (203) is fitted onto the toggle holder (201). A lever (201a) and a friction piece (201b) are provided at an inner side of the toggle holder (201). One end of the lever (201a) is hingedly connected to the toggle handle (203), and the other end is not connected to the friction piece (201b). The cross-section of the lever (201a) is L-shaped, and the middle bend thereof is fixed with the toggle holder (201). The lever (201a) is hingedly connected to the toggle holder (201) by means of a first bolt pin (301). After being stressed, the lever (201a) can rotate relative to the first bolt pin (301) to push the friction piece (201b) to move.
