L'invention concerne une chaussure conçue pour être portée de manière à recouvrir au moins partiellement le pied d'un utilisateur. Ladite chaussure comprend au moins une fibre optique sur sa surface interne. La ou les fibres optiques sont conçues pour projeter un rayonnement ayant une longueur d'onde thérapeutique à travers la ou les fibres optiques et vers au moins un pied, une cheville ou une jambe de l'utilisateur lorsque la chaussure est portée de manière à recouvrir au moins partiellement le pied de l'utilisateur.
