A display device including a first pixel area in which a first pixel is positioned and a second pixel area in which a second pixel is positioned can comprise: a lower connection wiring for connecting the first pixel and the second pixel and crossing the first pixel area and the second pixel area; an inorganic insulation layer which is disposed on the lower connection wiring and which has a groove between the first pixel area and the second pixel area; and an organic insulation layer for filling the groove of the inorganic insulation layer.
