Summary:The present invention relates to a method for continuously preparing a diester-based material comprising a reaction part in which all N reaction units from a first reaction unit to an N-th reaction unit are connected to each other in serial, the method comprising a step of injecting a dicarboxylic acid and a primary alcohol, wherein the primary alcohol is dividedly injected through a pre-injection of being injected into the first reaction unit and a post-injection of being injected into one or more reaction units selected from among a second reaction unit to the N-th reaction unit, the amount of the post-injection is 5-80 wt% on the basis of the total amount of the primary alcohol to be injected into the reaction part, and N is an integer of 3-6. Compared with a conventional batch process, the present invention can reduce a reflux amount, ensure the convenience of process operation through a reduction in the amount of steam for heating a reactor, and ensure the economic feasibility of a product through energy reduction. La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation en continu d'un matériau à base de diester comprenant une partie de réaction dans laquelle toutes les unités de réaction N d'une première unité de réaction à une N-ième unité de réaction sont reliées l'une à l'autre en série, le procédé comprenant une étape d'injection d'un acide dicarboxylique et d'un alcool primaire, l'alcool primaire étant injecté de manière séparée par pré-injection injectée dans la première unité de réaction et une post-injection injectée dans une ou plusieurs unités de réaction choisies parmi la deuxième unité de réaction à la N-ième unité de réaction, la quantité de post-injection est de 5 à 80 % en poids sur la base de la quantité totale de l'alcool primaire à injecter dans la partie de réaction, et N est un nombre entier de 3 à 6. Par comparaison avec un procédé discontinu classique, la présente invention peut réduire la quantité de reflux, garantir la commodité d'opération de traitement par réduction de la quantité de vapeur pour le chauffage de réacteur, ce qui permet d'assurer une faisabilité économique du produit par économie d'énergie. 본 발명은 제1 반응유닛부터 제N 반응유닛까지 총 N개의 반응유닛이 직렬로 연결된 반응부를 포함하는 디에스터계 물질의 연속식 제조방법으로, 디카르복실산과 1차 알코올을 투입하는 단계;를 포함하고, 상기 1차 알코올은, 제1 반응유닛으로 투입되는 전단 투입 및 제2 반응유닛 내지 제N 반응유닛 중 선택된 1 이상의 반응유닛으로 투입되는 후단 투입으로 분할 투입되며, 상기 후단 투입량은 반응부 내 1차 알코올 총 투입량에 대하여 5 내지 80 중량%이고, 상기 N은 3 내지 6의 정수인 것인 디에스터계 물질의 연속식 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 기존 회분식 공정 대비 환류량을 절감하고 반응기 가열을 위한 스팀량 절감을 통해 공정 운전의 편의성 확보와 에너지 절감을 통해 제품의 경제성을 확보할 수 있다.
