Summary:The present invention relates to a neuromorphic device comprising: a neuron block unit including a plurality of neurons, each of which has a unique neuron address; a synaptic block unit including a plurality of synapses, each of which has a unique synaptic address; and a topology block unit including a plurality of parallel LUT modules, which are divided on the basis of a first synaptic address among the synaptic addresses, and each of which includes a pre-neuron element and a post-neuron element indexed on the basis of a second synaptic address among the synaptic addresses and comprising addresses of a presynaptic neuron and a postsynaptic neuron respectively.
