Summary:The present invention relates to a food waste treatment method using digestive enzymes. More specifically, the present invention relates to a food waste treatment method using digestive enzymes, in which food waste is added with a composite including amylase, protease, viscozyme, alcalase, and fungamyl enzymes and thermally treated whereby the food wastes are enzymatically degraded and then concentrated to afford animal feeds and fertilizers similar to natural products. The food waste treatment method according to the present invention makes it possible to quickly process food waste on a mass scale. In addition, the method exhibits excellent effects of processing food waste at high yield, reducing foul odor, and allowing the processed food waste fractions, which have been conventionally used as fertilizers only, to be available as animal feeds by adding a bulking agent to the food wastes. La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement de déchets alimentaires utilisant des enzymes digestives. Plus spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement de déchets alimentaires utilisant des enzymes digestives, dans lequel des déchets alimentaires sont ajoutés à un composite comprenant de l'amylase, des enzymes de protéase, de viscozyme, d'alcalase et de fungamyle et traités thermiquement, les déchets alimentaires étant dégradés par voie enzymatique, puis concentrés pour obtenir des aliments pour animaux et des engrais similaires à des produits naturels. Le procédé de traitement de déchets alimentaires selon la présente invention permet de traiter rapidement des déchets alimentaires sur une échelle de masse. De plus, le procédé présente d'excellents effets de traitement de déchets alimentaires avec un rendement élevé, de réduction des mauvaises odeurs, et laisse les fractions de déchets alimentaires traitées, qui ont été utilisées de manière classique comme engrais uniquement, pour être disponibles en tant qu'aliments pour animaux par ajout d'un agent gonflant aux déchets alimentaires. 본 발명은 소화요소를 이용하여 음식물 쓰레기를 처리하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 아밀라제, 프로테아제, 비스코자임 알킬라아제 및 푼가밀(fungamyl) 효소등을 포함하는 복합제제를 첨가하여 열처리함으로써 음식물 쓰레기를 효소 분해 후 농축하여 천연에 가까운 동물용 사료와 비료를 만들 수 있도록 한, 소화효소를 이용한 음식물 쓰레기의 처리방법에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명에 따른 음식물 쓰레기의 처리방법은 신속하게 대용량의 음식물 쓰레기의 처리가 가능하다. 또한, 음식물 쓰레기 처리의 수율이 높고 악취를 줄였으며, 기존에 퇴비로 밖에 쓸 수 없었던 음식물 쓰레기 처리분을 부용제를 첨가하여 동물 사료로 이용이 가능한 우수한 효과를 갖는다.
