The method comprises: displaying a control panel and a lyric display panel of a target playing application on a current interface (S41); when a trigger operation on the current interface satisfies a reference condition, canceling the display of the control panel, and setting the lyric display panel to a non-triggerable state, so that a desktop area of the current interface covered by the control panel and the lyric display panel receives the trigger operation (S42); displaying an interaction control on the current interface, wherein the interaction control is used for performing a lyric display control function (S43); and when a click operation on the interaction control is detected, restoring the display of the control panel, so that the control panel controls the lyric display panel to display lyrics (S44).
