Summary:The present disclosure provides a novel glass filler which has low permittivity and is suitable for mass production. A glass filler provided herein includes a glass composition which contains, by wt%, for example, 40≤SiO2≤60, 25≤B2O3≤45, 0<Al2O3≤18, 0<R2O≤5, 0≤RO≤12, and in which at least one among i) SiO2+B2O3≥80, SiO2+B2O3+Al2O3≤99.9, and ii) SiO2+B2O3≥78, SiO2+B2O3+Al2O3≤99.9, 0<RO<10 is satisfied. Another glass filler provided herein includes a glass composition that contains SiO2, B2O3, Al2O3, and R2O, which respectively have the same contents as above, and 3<RO<8, and in which SiO2+B2O3≥75 and SiO2+B2O3+Al2O3<97 are satisfied.
