Summary: | The present invention relates to a composition and a method for a polymeric device with simvastatin for the treatment of bone fractures for tissue engineering. This device is made of polymer blends provided with mechanical, structural and hydrophobic/hydrophilic properties suited to biological fluid interaction. The invention is intended to promote the healing of fractures through bone formation, enhancing osteoblast activity, by containing signaling cells to stimulate, form and regenerate bone tissue.
La présente invention concerne une composition et un procédé faisant intervenir un dispositif polymère avec sinvastatine pour le traitement de fractures osseuses, trouvant une application en génie tissulaire. Ce dispositif est constitué par des mélanges polymères et présente des caractéristiques mécaniques, structurales et hydrophobes/hydrophiles appropriées pour l'interaction fluidique biologique. L'invention a pour objectif de favoriser la cicatrisation de fractures à travers la formation osseuse, potentialisant l'activité ostéoblastique du fait de la présence de marqueurs tissulaires pour la stimulation, la formation et la régénération tissulaire osseuse.
A presente invenção trata de uma composição e processo de um dispositivo polimérico com sinvastatina para o tratamento de fraturas ósseas para a engenharia de tecidos. Tal dispositivo é constituído por blendas poliméricas ao qual se atribuem características mecânicas, estruturais e hidrofóbicas/hidrofílicas apropriadas para a interação fluídica biológica. A invenção tem o objetivo de promover a cicatrização de fraturas através da formação óssea, potencializando a atividade osteoblástica, por conter sinalizadores celulares para estimulação, formação e regeneração tecidual óssea.. |
