Summary: | A terahertz material having therapeutic and health care effects, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The terahertz material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-28 parts of SiO2, 3-8 parts of Al2O3,1-3 parts of selenium, 2-5 parts of germanium, 10-15 parts of Fe2O3, 35-45 parts of ochre, 20-35 parts of zinc oxide, 65-80 parts of CaCO3, 0.1-0.5 parts of rare earth palladium, and 1-10 pats of SiOx. The preparation method comprises: mixing crude silicon Si, SiO2 and binchotan in a ratio of 1: (3-5): (5-10) by weight, heating to 700-1500°C in an oxygen-free environment, maintaining the temperature for 1-8 hours to produce a black crystal SiOx, mixing raw materials of various components in a ratio, crushing, heating to 600-1200°C in an oxygen-free environment, maintaining the temperature for 3-8 hours, and performing secondary crushing to obtain a fineness of 3000-8000 mesh; and then performing crushing and powder processing again to obtain a fineness of 10,000 mesh and more, and |
