La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de détection d'un effet mura de cristaux liquides dans une plaque de polarisation et est caractérisée en ce que la lumière appliquée à partir d'une source de lumière de surface est transmise à travers un premier élément de polarisation et réfléchie au niveau de la plaque de polarisation ; la lumière réfléchie est appliquée à un second élément de polarisation et un effet mura de cristaux liquides dans la plaque de polarisation est déterminé sur la base de la lumière transmise à travers le second élément de polarisation, la plaque de polarisation comprenant, dans l'ordre, un polariseur et une lame quart d'onde comprenant un film de cristaux liquides ; et la lumière transmise à travers le premier élément de polarisation est appliquée à la lame quart d'onde de la plaque de polarisation. 본 출원은 편광판의 액정얼룩 검사장치 및 편광판의 액정얼룩 검사방법에 관한 것으로, 면광원으로부터 인가된 광이 제1 편광부재를 투과하여 편광판에서 반사되고, 반사된 광이 제2 편광부재에 인가되며, 제2 편광부재를 투과한 광에 기초하여 편광판의 액정얼룩을 판단하며, 이때 편광판은 편광자 및 액정 필름을 포함하는 1/4 파장판을 순차로 포함하고, 제1 편광부재를 투과한 광은 편광판의 1/4 파장판으로 인가되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
