The methods comprise a hydroxyapatite chromatography step in order to separate the conjugate from free polysaccharide and free carrier protein. Cette invention concerne des procédés de production de conjugués antigène polysaccharidique-protéine porteuse, en particulier des conjugués de polysaccharide capsulaire du streptocoque du groupe B (GBS) et d'une protéine porteuse, en particulier CRM197. Les procédés comprennent une étape de chromatographie sur hydroxyapatite afin de séparer le conjugué du polysaccharide libre et de la protéine porteuse libre.
