L'invention concerne un appareil de mélange pour créer du lait mousseux, et comprenant un récipient pour contenir du lait, avec un passage de lait et un canal d'entrée de vapeur menant à une chambre de mélange pour mélanger du lait et de la vapeur (et de l'air). Un séparateur de vapeur est agencé en série le long du canal d'entrée de vapeur pour réduire la teneur en eau de la vapeur fournie dans la chambre de mélange.
