The present invention also relates to the method for producing the casing and the product stuffed in said casing. La presente invención se refiere a unas envolturas de celulosa, ya sean reforzadas o no, capaces de transferir color al producto embutido en ellas. Estas envolturas contienen un colorante alimentario transferible al embutido durante su procesamiento. La presente invención también se refiere al método de obtención de la envoltura y al producto embutido en dicha envoltura. La présente invention concerne des enveloppes de cellulose, renforcées ou non, capables de transférer une couleur au produit contenu dans celles-ci. Ces enveloppes renferment un colorant alimentaire pouvant être transféré au produit y contenu en cours de traitement. La présente invention concerne également le procédé d'obtention de cette enveloppe ainsi que le produit contenu dans ladite enveloppe.
