The present disclosure provides a display substrate and a manufacture method therefor, a display panel, and a display device, belonging to the technical field of the display. The display substrate comprises a base substrate, a signal line, and a pixel electrode. The signal line and the pixel electrode are provided on the base substrate at different layers.
