The present invention relates to a virtual reality apparatus and a virtual reality system including same. Provided according to an embodiment of the present invention is a virtual reality apparatus comprising: a head-mounted device mounted on the head of a user so as to provide virtual reality to the user; a wearing part coupled to the head-mounted device and provided to allow the virtual reality apparatus to be wearable on a human body; and a first adjustment part coupled to the wearing part so as to stimulate a predetermined portion of the human body while preventing the body from feeling dizzy in a virtual reality state provided by the head-mounted device.
